REVIEW: Good Japanese Cafes in Singapore: Hoshino Coffee at Plaza Singapura Orchard Singapore

Met a friend that i hadn't met for a very long time. Was tasked to find the perfect spot for out planned dinner outing. You know how social media is going viral!! Saw pictures of people eating the pasta shown below. I had to be there to try that out! So this seems like a nice place to have dinner as well as to try out new dishes!

Address: #03-84, Plaza Singapura, 68 Orchard Road
Opening Hours: 11:30am – 10:00pm

Hoshino coffee originates from Japan. It is sister company to Doutor coffee who has an outlet in MBFC. I think it is safe to try out their Matcha drinks since it is a 'Japan' cafe. The matcha drinks are not powdery like those in Starbucks. Soft serve is nice and creamy. The standard here is definitely on par with Nana's green tea who is coincidentally just near by. lol

Lobster Bisque soup Pasta is awesomely al-dente and the portion is suitably fulfilling for a price of $16. There are chunks of tomato bits, mushroom and prawns on top. The dish is basking in the goodness of the lobster bisque soup which is quite deliciously thick and flavorful. Really does not disappoint.
