Recipe adapted from
http://diethood.com. I lovvvvvvvvve everything ketchup! Must have sauce as dips when i am eating french fries. I have also various Napolitan pastas when i am in japan. Here i am trying out and it was delicious. :)
Linguine Napolitan with garlic and feta cheese
Ingredients:
- Linguine
- Garlic
- Feta Cheese
- Heinz Tomato Ketchup
- Feta Cheese
- Parsley
- Ham
You don't need to have that many garlic. Just 2-3 cloves are needed. You can add as many ketchup to your own liking.
Directions:
- Cook Linguine in a pan or pot of salted water for around 10 minutes to achieve al dente texture.
- Rinse and set aside on a plate.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ham for around 1 minute and add previously cooked pasta.
- Add ketchup next and stir thoroughly.
- Add feta cheese and parsley on top as garnishing.
- Ready to serve~
