Funtastic Nasi Lemak. Bee Hoon is a chain stall specializing in selling Nasi Lemak and Bee Hoon in Singapore. I have never seen this place before, but they have outlets in Commonwealth, Bukit Batok West, Yishun, Canberra, and Sunset Way. I was having lunch at Sunset Way and I came across them in a coffee shop at Blk 107.

I'm not sure if they're super famous, but their nasi lemak is delicious. The rice is coconutty, aromatic, and fluffy, and it is made using basmati rice instead of regular rice. 😍🙋♂️ Long grain rice like basmati tends to become fluffier, so good choice!!
They offer a selection of sides to pick from, much like the Chinese way. If you don't want to personalize, they also provide a variety of predefined sets that you may purchase. All of their outlets open as early from 6 - 6.30am, so this would make a good place to have breakfast at!
For bee hoon fans, you may choose between the regular bee hoon I've picked, white bee hoon, noodles, or kway teow. I must add that their bee hoon is not particularly greasy. but really delicious It's fried in shallot oil, so it's particularly fragrant!
