GARLIC BUTTER PASTA

I added more ingredients as usual! What's different from the original is that i added more ingredients such as ham and mushrooms. I also did not add any arugula. Reduced ingredients because i only cook for myself. You can make yourself a plate of pasta like this that is full of buttery taste!

Ingredients

Spaghetti

Medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 pinch
Salt

1 pinch
Pepper

4 Tablespoons
Unsalted butter, divided

1 Clove
Garlic, minced

1/2 Teaspoon
Dried Basil

1/2 Teaspoon
Crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 Cup
Freshly grated Parmesan
-
2 Tablespoons
Dried Parsley

2 pieces
Ham, chopped into squares

1/2 cup
Assorted mushrooms
Cooking Directions

Cook the Spaghetti in a pot for around 10 minutes to achieve al dente texture. Please read the instructions on the box/packaging of your pasta for specific timings.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large pan over medium high heat.

Add garlic, basil and red pepper flakes, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant for about 1-2 minutes.

Add shrimp, ham and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in the skillet. Stir in pasta and Parmesan for about 2 minutes.

Ready to serve~ Garnish on top with parsley
