RECIPE: Good Pasta Reicipe in Singapore - Pasta with potatoes (Pasta e patate)

Pasta with potatoes

Potatoes are also one of my fav food! What's better than making use of it to cook a pasta that's based on potatoes. :)

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• 2 Medium potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce
• 1 ounce Spaghetti
• 50 g Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup Mushrooms

Instructions

1. Cook the Spaghetti and potatoes in a pot for around 10 minutes to achieve al dente texture. Please read the instructions on the box/packaging of your pasta for specific timings.
2. Add the olive oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. 
3. Add the cooked potatoes next and then add the tomato sauce which will give a pinkish and inviting colour to the pasta.
4. Pour the cooked pasta into the pan and stir thoroughly until the everything is coated with the sauce. 
5. Ready to serve~
