PARMESAN GARLIC SPAGHETTI

This is another easy to make pasta with only minimum ingredients. You can add as many ingredients as you want though. :)

Ingredients

1 Ounce
Spaghetti

5 Tablespoons
Unsalted butter

1 Clove
Garlic, minced

1/2 Cup
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 Pinch
Salt and Pepper

2 Tablespoons
Parsley leaves
-
1/2 Cup
Chopped Ham
Cooking Directions

Cook the Spaghetti in a pot for around 10 minutes to achieve al dente texture. Please read the instructions on the box/packaging of your pasta for specific timings.

Add the butter, garlic and ham in a medium pan. Heat until the butter has melted over medium heat.

Cook, whisking constantly, until the foam subsides and the butter begins to turn a golden brown, about 4-5 minutes, skimming foam as necessary.

Remove from heat. Stir in pasta and Parmesan until well combined, about 2 minutes; season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Ready to serve~ Garnish on top with parsley
