This PG Dome looks seriously like a poke ball plz!! It consists of yuzu mousse, raspberry balsamic compote and almond sponge. The white part is yuzu mousse and the red part is raspberry compote. I think it is because of the yuzu and raspberry that you get a tangy aftertaste when you take a spoonful of the cake. :)
