I bought so much tanghoon from Bangkok so I made this Fried tang Hoon with recipe from @limjenjen . I always fry the noodles with
longevity noodle sauce.
Ingredients for the noodle sauce:
- 2 tbsp of light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp of fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp of dark soy sauce for the noodle sauce
Only add these when you’re adding the cooked noodles to the veggies/meat at the end.
