REVIEW: RAAN JAY FAI - LONG WAIT FOR 1 MICHELIN STAR FOOD

Raan Jay Fai. I waited close to 6 hours for my food to appear in front of me. I Guess the long wait is partly attributed to their one Michelin star and single Chef cooking the food. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here’s the infamous crab omelette. Pillowy egg wrapped around generous portion of juicy and succulent crab meat. I feel like it’s best to order this to share as the portion is really huge! Definitely worth the hype!

In addition to the crab omelette, i also ordered the much raved about drunken noodles. This delectable plate of rice noodles fried with hot & spicy sauce was paired with assorted vegetables and jumbo prawns marinated in wine. Although the portion is small, it is very spicy! Totally Gratifying!
