Lobster Roll.

90g of grilled lobster meat with unsalted butter and creme fraiche. Served with with locally-farmed mesclun salad and shoestring truffle fries. This American lobster (Homarus americanus) cost $38, but you pay for what it’s worth. The lobster is succulent but the creme fraiche could be distributed more evenly amongst the crustacean goodness.
