REVIEW: EATING PASTA AT DA PAOLO GASTRONOMIA (CLUNY COURT)

I had wrote a short review about DA PAOLO GASTRONOMIA (CLUNY COURT) before. I was back to try out their other pastas! I had these on 2 separate occasions. The cafe is nearer to Botanical Garden mrt station.

Al Granchio

Crab Meat, Italian tomatoes, cream and Parmesan

The pasta was drenched in this rich tomato cream sauce that has minced crab meat swimming in the sauce and was topped with Parmesan cheese. A touch of vodka brings a pleasant sweetness to the smooth and velvety tomato-cream sauce.

Pesto Et Basilico

Basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Almonds and Parmesan

Very generous with the basil as you can see.. al dente pasta.. but maybe just a little too much olive oil.
