Congrats on Opening your Second Outlet at Changi Airport Terminal 1 and they're showcasing the best Japanese dishes from three prefectures: Fukuoka, Hokkaido, and Kanagawa.

Hailing from Sapporo, Hokkaido, Yoshimi is renowned for its repertoire of curry rice, katsu rice, katsu curry and more. 
They have over 19 outlets in Japan and Singapore is their first overseas outlet.

The mille-feuille katsu (S$26.80) boasts 16 layers of pork while the curry is a curation of the specially curated recipe from Yoshimi made using a blend of over 15 herbs and spices. 

Dessert lovers can also end the gourmet session with sweets such as the Mixed Berry Pancake (S$19.80).

Ikkousha, a Wildly Popular Restaurant Which Sees Long Queues Every Day, Offers Traditional Yatai-style Ramen.

Ikkousha will be introducing exclusive dishes prepared in Yatai-style for the very first time, available only at SORA, such as the Special Tonkotsu Ramen (S$18.70), Special Red Chili Ramen (S$20.90), Special Black Garlic Ramen (S$20.90) and more. 🍜🍜🍜

The restaurant specializes in Hakata ramen, whose silky and milky tonkotsu broth is made by simmering high-quality pork bones for many hours. Each bowl of ramen boasts a light and mild flavor, balanced with the pork bones’ umami note and sweetness.
