Udon Kamon, an udon specialty house is located inside Eat At Seven – the food cluster consisting of 7 top Japanese food specialist concepts.

Udon Kamon is proud to unveil its brand new offering:

Brand new Tri-colored chilled Udon for the Hot and Humid summer time. It is a first of it's kind in Singapore. Each bowl is flavorful, filling and invigorating on a hot day. A testament to the chef's creativity, these dishes are sure to turn new customers into lifelong fans. 

Helmed by Executive Chef Kamogi Noriyuki, Udon Kamon specializes in sanuki udon, the most popular type of udon in the Shikoku region. The restaurant has combined 3 types of sanuki udon noodles into 1 bowl.

Green Matcha Udon - Made with Uji matcha from Kyoto

White Udon - Original

Red Chili Udon - Made with Korean chili powder

🍜 Mentai Maze Udon

The mentai maze udon features mentaiko (spicy cod roe), which is easily a crowd fav, paired with the udon noodles. It is the crowd-pleasing mentaiko pasta with a Japanese twist! Creamy and rich in taste, the udon is topped with an onsen tamago - silky egg whites and custard-like yolk. 

🍜 Beef Shabu Shabu Bukkake

A delightful summer dish packing with a rich umami note, bukkake udon is cold udon drenched with chilled dashi sauce. For this dish, Udon Kamon uses tender and evenly marbled beef short plate imported from Australia. 

🍜 Uni Maze Udon

This udon dish is topped with creamy and savory sea urchin from Hokkaido. The noodles are coated with the luscious homemade uni sauce.
