This is something new to me! The crepes are rolled up with Camembert cheese in it before sliced and served to us. This is kind of thicker as a result of rolling it up thus reminds me of pancake. It was drizzled with honey and garnished with a dash of Fig Jam and lingonberries. Love the hearty and ooey-gooey cheese! so indulgent! The Fig Jam goes perfect with this sweet crepe!

This oddly reminds me of Egg Prata with a similar texture. The buckwheat crepe folded to an egg centre with thin slices of Parma ham layered around it. The earthy notes of buckwheat with the salty flavours of parma ham are so good together!
