The prosperity yusheng is available in medium (S$39.80, serving 2 to 4 pax) and large (S$45.80, serving 5 to 7 pax) versions. Freshly prepared, the yusheng showcases a medley of must-have ingredients, as well as beloved sushi toppings such as Chuka hotate (seasoned scallops) to bring wealth, luck, and abundance in the New Year! Auspicious ingredient scallops also symbolize the opening of new horizons or opportunities. Sushi Tei’s signature dressing pulls the assortment of vibrant ingredients together with its invigorating citrusy flavor.

The bold colors of the yusheng are owed to Sushi Tei’s use of fresh ingredients – 16 pieces of salmon, shredded carrot, green and white radish, pickled ginger, jellyfish, Chuka hotate, Chuka wakame, brown melon, cucumber strip and preserved leek. Crushed peanuts and crackers contribute to a delightfully crunchy texture.

Sushi Tei also offers Create-Your-Own Yusheng offerings which boast yusheng condiments, sauces, and vegetables only. They come in medium (S$22, serving 2 to 4 pax) and large (S$28, serving 5 to 7 pax) sizes.
