Served alongside crisp and refreshing carrots and white radish, the Jimbaran Grill Yu Sheng features three different types of delectable grilled Jimbaran seafood – Lobster Tail with Sambal Merah (80g), Grilled Squid with Kecap Manis (120g), and Jumbo River Prawns with Sambal Merah (120g). Headed by a Bali-trained executive chef, the seafood is skilfully grilled and carries a waft of charcoal aroma that elevates its taste. It is then coated by homemade Sambal Merah, a Balinese Sambal sauce, which boasts a sweet, sour, and spicy kick that is bound to tantalize your tastebuds.
