The bar and grill restaurant is now offering a weekend brunch menu, which also boasts options for vegans, vegetarians, and those who wish to adopt a meatless diet. Top up S$29.90++ to enjoy a free flow of wine and sparkling wine! What is more, the restaurant offers a sweeping, mesmerizing view of the sea leading to Sentosa — dining here is a multisensory treat for the eyes and stomach. The brunch menu will comprise the following mainstays:
Big Brekkie (S$24): Always a classic, this indulgent platter features eggs, smoked bacon, bratwurst sausage, hash brown, sautéed mushrooms, roasted vine tomatoes, guacamole, and grilled sourdough bread. Choose to have your eggs prepared in one of four ways: scrambled, poached, over easy or sunny-side up.
Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict (S$24): Sautéed kale, smoked salmon, and eggs are perched on a fluffy English muffin. The velvety and luscious Hollandaise sauce is spooned over the ingredients, contributing a buttery note.
Marinated Steak Sumptuous Bowl (S$24): Get your dosage of nutrients with this bowl, which brims with marinated char-grilled premium beef, quinoa, mixed greens, tomato salsa, sweet corn, guacamole, and spiced black bean.
Vegan Big Breakfast (S$22): The vegan version of the big breakfast, this is a gorgeous medley of roasted vine tomatoes, eggplant bacon, hash brown, and grilled sourdough bread.
Moroccan Chickpea & Vegan Meat Stew (Vegan) (S$18): Chickpeas and vegan beef swim in a flavourful stew, which is made with omnimeat, chickpeas, and kidney beans. Divvy up the grilled sourdough bread and dip it in the Middle Eastern-inspired tabbouleh, an invigorating salad made with parsley, tomatoes, mint, onion, and more.
Classic French Toast (Vegetarian) (S$18): First soaked in eggs and milk, the brioche bread is fried till golden-brown perfection. The French toast is served with a generous heap of mascarpone cream and drenched with maple syrup. Raspberry coulis lends a beautiful red hue and sweet punch.
