For Mount Fuji Roll Cake, Lobster Chee Cheong Fun and Breakfast food in coffee shop - Sweets Craftsman, Yang Ming Seafood and Breakfast Club

Presenting to everyone mount fuji in a roll cake from Sweets Craftsman. They are a newly opened cafe/bakery at Cavan road which just started in January 2021. The cafe is kind of small though, probably good enough for 5 pax or less.  

I ordered the Tie Guan Yin Fujiro which IMO resembles a snowcapped mt fuji! Would have preferred the roasted oolong to be stronger, and this was refreshing to eat with the cream being kinda icy. They also have other flavors such as Azuki Matcha, Chocolate Raspberry, and Matcha.
I also ordered a Yuzu Citrus soda to go along with my tea break.

Visited Yang Ming Seafood 扬名海鲜坊's second outlet at Bishan during the CNY period. Their first outlet is at Bukit Batok. My friend wanted to try the Steamed Lobster 🦞 Chee Cheong Fun which was so luxurious. How atas does this plate of Steamed Lobster 🦞 Chee Cheong Fun look?

I love that the Chee Cheong Fun 🤩 was smooth, seafood infused, and taste so good!!!! I can taste the usual soy sauce that they drench cheong fun in and also the umami from the lobster. They did the lobster meat just right too! It was tender. 😍😍 I would love to try other Lobster dishes from them next time! They also have Lobster porridge, steamed lobster in egg white, Lobster stew bee hoon, white pepper lobster, and chili lobster.

Breakfast food in a coffeeshop setting at Breakfast Club!

We had the Breakfast Plate and Chicken Chop.

The breakfast plate was affordable at $9.90 and the chicken chop at $7.90 which is common for this western cuisine.

IMO, the breakfast plate was really good with each component cooked just right. The chicken chop however needed more sauce as we felt it was too dry. The accompanying sides are good though! 

They also have other options like Rosti, Grilled Fish, pancakes and sides like mac n cheese, tater tots, german sausages, etc.
