I'm not a burger person, but recently I am a convert after trying too many burgers in the course of a few months. I thought I compile a list of burger places or places with nice burgers in Singapore here on the blog. Burgers ain't just Mcdonald's, burger king, KFC, MOS Burger, or any other fast-food joints. Singapore's burger game is unrivaled, with burgers everywhere in restaurants, hawker stalls, and takeaway kiosks serving the heavenly union of cheese, meat, and bun in a variety of equally wonderful ways. A good burger need not be just beef, there are also vegan options out there with impossible meat or vegetables.
1) Wildfire BurgersWildfire Burgers ๐ , the multi-award-winning and highly acclaimed burger chain, debuted in Singapore in 2015, immediately claiming Asia's Best Burger title within a year of opening.
I ordered Wildfire Burgers Classic 001 Cheeseburger which has USDA certified Black Angus Beef Patty, American Cheese, Caramelised Onion, Gherkin, with Master Sauce, Chipotle Mayo, sandwiched between Brioche Buns.
The Angus beef ๐ฅฉ patty is grilled in this gigantic Binchotan charcoal-fired INKA grill, doubly vented to generate heat over 450 degrees Celsius, to achieve exceptional charring and create unique smokey flavors. No wonder the Angus beef patty is tender and juicy!

2) Ordinary Burgers
Trying the Ordinary burgers for the first time. Ordinary burgers are a local brand that began in early 2019, with the simple goal of serving premium gourmet burgers at an affordable price. They have a variety of burgers such as buttermilk chicken, mushroom, fish fillet, and impossible.
Gotten the classic beef with 100% premium farm-raised Australian beef with Australian cheese. I like how cheesy this looks but the beef could be a bit more tender.

3) BBBURGERS
Here are BBBURGERS ๐๐ that specializes in Korean Smashed burgers! If you're craving some Korean-inspired burgers, why not give them a shot! ๐
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I had the BBBURGER which consists of Grilled 100% US Smashed Beef Patty, Secret SSAMJANG, Pickled Radish, White Onion, Local Tomato, Coral Lettuce all sandwiched between pillowy brioche buns. Love the crunch from being smashed and also how juicy ๐ฆthis was! The SSAMJANG sauce also complimented the burger well!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Being a KIMCHI fan, I had to try the *NEW* KIMCHIKIN with Chargrilled Chikin, Kimchi, Gochugaru, Secret SSAMJANG, Coral Lettuce, White Onions, and Pickled Rad also sandwiched between pillowy brioche buns. This was messy to eat with so many tender pieces of chicken overflowing from the bun. This one was spicier than the BBBurger but manageable.
I made it a set meal with their Korean Sea Salt Fries, Hanrabong Ade (Jeju citrus fruit with iced soda), and Yuzu Ade (Yuzu with iced soda).

4) Fatburger Singapore
YOLO (You Only Live Once) is the name of this burger ๐ . I think the name comes from having a fried egg, fried spam, fried onion strings, fried mozzarella cheese patty with smoked chipotle on a sesame seed bun.
Although the beef patty tastes a bit dry, the soft bun and the various textures in the burger were good together.

5) Shake Shack
Coming from a humble background in Manhattan, Shake Shack has grown to become this mega burger chain. Jewel Changi is their first outlet in Singapore.
I ordered the classic ShackBurger ๐, Crinkle-cut cheese fries ๐, and the SG exclusive Pandan Shake ๐ฅค. The ShackBurger consisting a cooked patty of 100% all-natural Angus beef, lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce, placed inside a potato bun. Tender and juicy beef with a soft potato bun.
The Pandan Shake is frozen Vanilla custard blended with pandan, coconut and topped with gula Melaka crumble. The pandan flavor comes through strong with the coconut flavor being an after-taste. As this is SUPER concentrated, you are advised to order this to share.
I would say this is definitely worth the price.

6) The Goodburger
Always wonder if The Goodburger ๐ food truck is worth trying when the bus always passes by their food truck at coronation plaza. They serve a variety of plant-based burgers that taste like real things.
This costs $18 which is quite costly for a burger with just fries. I order the black-tie which comes with an impossible beef patty, cheese, truffle aioli, and rocket. I feel like the beef patty is tender and juicy enough but lacking the satisfaction as it's not thick enough and I could hardly taste the truffle aioli. The pickles were rather thick and juicy though which was a pleasant surprise. Not sure if worth the price ๐
Address: Coronation Shopping Plaza

Opening Hours: 11am-9pm daily
7) Ashes Burnnit
Went to Ashes Burnnit at Golden Mile for this. They have burgers, mac, and cheese, sides, and salads. They are more known for their burgers though.
We ordered the Truffle mushroom burger which consisted of a handcrafted beef patty, American cheese, saute mix mushroom and truffle cream sauce. The beef patty was cooked medium-rare, tender, and juicy but the cream sauce was a bit salty. They're Muslim-owned so Malay friends can check out their gourmet burgers ๐ !

8) Two Blur Guys
Two Blur Guys is a hole-in-the-wall restaurant that serves up gourmet burgers. The restaurant has been open for nearly a decade, but it remains relatively unknown so this should classify them as a hidden gem.
Was tempted by this Truffle Egg Burger ๐ Prime which comes smothered with a tasty truffle egg. This was an upgrade from the beef cheeseburger which already comes with tomatoes, sweet relish & gruyere cheese. I could see the juices from the beef patty trickling out as I was cutting it and the patty was sufficiently tender. Not bad! The egg had a really distinct truffle taste, which could be due to the oil that they use. All Burgers are served with a fresh green salad and crispy fries. They have a good selection of gourmet burgers too.

9) Three Buns SG
Everything served at Three Buns is made with love and the freshest ingredients available. Only 100 percent grass-fed, free-range, hormone- and antibiotic-free vintage beef and lamb from Australia and New Zealand are used. They also offer a more sustainable menu with amazing plant-based options like the incredible impossible burgers.
I was recently at Three Buns for dinner to try out the ✨ new burgers ๐ that used @tindlefoods patties. TiNDLE comprises 9 ingredients which include the magic ingredient, Lipi™, a unique blend of all-natural plant-based fats and flavor, TINDLE contains no GMO ingredients, cholesterol and is packed with 17g of protein (per 100g serving). If you're into plant-based offerings, check out their burgers! really impressed with how creative they are in constructing these diff burgers.
We tried the following:
Big Cease
Buttermilk fried TiNDLE and umami flavors get together in this crispy, tender burger packed full of flavors with shaved parmesan Reggiano, lettuce, and house-blended anchovy mayonnaise, between butter, toasted rice flour buns.
The fried TiNDLE is fried till perfectly crunchy golden brown which legit tastes like a chicken fillet with a juicy and tender texture. My fav out of the 2.
From Russia with Love
I've never had a stuffed burger before, the TiNDLE Kiev was stuffed with roasted garlic, miso, parsley butter, breadcrumbed, and fried to a crunchy golden brown. There are also pickled onions, truffle aioli, and lettuce as well. The herbaceous flavor was rather toned down with the garlic being more prominent.

10) VeganBurg Singapore
Not sure if people will go out of the way to Eunos for vegan burgers, but this cute spot has a variety of plant-based burger options to choose from! The thing about Vegan food is that sometimes the food tastes like the actual non-vegan one.
The Chili Krab burger is one of the recommended burgers there and the patty legit tastes like real crab ๐ฆ patty. It was so good with the sweet and mildly spiced chili crab sauce. Totally doesn't taste like konjac patty! The Creamy Shrooms ๐ comes with dairy-free cream sauce and fresh button mushrooms with a soy patty.
Address: 44 Jln Eunos, Singapore 419502
Opening Hours: 11:30am - 9.30pm

Mala Xiang Guo Burger ้บป่พฃ้ฆ้
ๅ ก (SGD $19)
This burger was created during the Toggle program “Foodie Makeover ็พ้ฃๅคง็ฟปๆฐ” which is giving a dish a makeover. For that episode, they were tasked to give the fav mala Xiang Guo a makeover, thus the mala Xiang Guo burger was born.
If you have eaten mala Xiang Guo, what makes his dish spicy is the spicy Sze Chuan peppercorn, and it is incorporated into this. Not only that, but there's also chili oil, and Mala Mayo. Familiar Mala ingredients such as luncheon meat and lotus root slices are present here. All these are sandwiched between beetroot buns. TBH, not very spicy. ๐

CARNE Singapore is opened by Mauro Colagreco who is behind 3 stars Michelin Restaurant Mirazur in France.
Knowing this, I had to try their burger! Some of the must-try burgers include the Beef and chimichurri burger and Grilled beef and double mushroom burger
I ordered the complete burger which comes with a Butter bun, natural grass-fed beef, local oak lettuce, organic tomato, organic red onion, pickled organic cucumber, crispy smoked hormone-free bacon, cheddar cheese, and a fried egg. The texture of this butter bun is wonderfully soft and fluffy and the beef is so tender and juicy. I think it's medium-rare. So good!!!

14) Love Handle Burger
Love Handle Burgers is a Vegan fast-food chain delivering comfort cuisine in American style. They have 7 burgers to choose from. They have the class cheese and double cheeseburger to the interesting Vegan Ramli to the fillet o fishless.
I ordered the Breakfast Vegan burger.
Eggless frittata, hashbrown, burger sauce, and vegan cheese - all piled onto our signature smashed impossible patty packed into one sandwich. I enjoyed this breakfast concept. This comes with a thick slab of eggless frittata that is not dry but soft and moist. The hashbrown is also crispy and added a nice crunch. The smashed impossible patty was good too!

Ordered Zipp Burger & Pasta handcrafted hamburger with double patties and fried egg with criss cut fries.

17) 25 Degrees in Singapore
25 Degrees Burgers and Liquor Bar, a Los Angeles-based restaurant, is located in Hotel G. They serve up a variety of gourmet burgers with beef, yellowfin tuna, chicken, and even vegetarian ones.
Idk what to order at 25 Degrees in Singapore so I chose the ๐ก๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ ๐ข๐ก๐. The beef patty was done medium-rare. Juicy, moist, and oh so tender! The burger also comes with caramelized onions, not just one kind of cheese but 2(crescenza and prelibato gorgonzola), bacon, arugula, and thousand-island sauce. The buns were also pretty good and buttery, remained fluffy, and not soggy.

18) Pink Fish Singapore
What's not to love about Norwegian Salmon! Hailing from Norway, Norwegian salmon casual fast-food chain store Pink Fish sets ashore and opened its first stall outside of their home country in Jewel Changi. Allegedly Norway's answer to Mcdonald's or KFC too according to the internet.
They have 6 kinds of burgers to choose from and that includes the curry burger and Singaporean burger above.
