After a successful launch at Jem, Jurong East in May, Tsui Wah (翠華), the Hong Kong-styled “Cha Chaan Teng” (港式茶餐廳), is expanding its footprint to the East at Jewel Changi Airport on 27 September 2021. The 3,240 sq ft restaurant located at the 3rd level of the mall has a maximum seating capacity of 123 seats for indoor dine-in. However, with current social distancing measures, the available seating is capped at 88 seats.
Synonymous with Hong Kong delicacies of great quality, Tsui Wah is one of the biggest and most successful “Cha Chaan Teng” chains. Founded in Hong Kong in 1967, Tsui Wah’s more than 50 outlets now span Hong Kong S.A.R. 1, Macau S.A.R. 2, Mainland China, and Singapore. Tsui Wah in Singapore is a franchise by Vista F&B Services Pte. Ltd., a joint venture between Tsui Wah Holdings Limited and JUMBO Group Ltd. The first Tsui Wah outlet in Southeast Asia opened in Singapore on 15 June 2018 at the unique, conserved historical landmark located along the Singapore River, Clarke Quay. Singapore is the only city to have Tsui Wah outlets outside of Mainland China, Hong Kong S.A.R. 1 and Macau S.A.R. 2.

A hit parade of signature favorites from the original Tsui Wah menu in Hong Kong awaits. As of now, this new outlet will provide delivery and takeaway services for all items on the menu, including Tsui Wah’s signature Crispy Bun with Condensed Milk, Borscht with Thick Toast, and Kagoshima-Style Pork Cartilage in Fish Soup with Mixian, to name a few.
Perfect for all-day dining, the extensive line-up features classic Hong Kong fare and “Cha Chaan Teng” favorites from sizzling plates to sandwiches and snacks, to an array of tantalizing and hearty noodles, rice, and curry dishes, and decadent desserts.
Separately, the popular outlet located at The Heeren, which was temporarily closed since December 2020, will be scheduled to reopen in November 2021, to welcome shoppers along the Orchard Road to a satisfying cup of rich Milk Tea and a wide range of sweet and savory bites to recharge them for their shopping spree.

Try out the new side dish Radish with Mala Fish Soup, a fiery bowl of mala fish broth laden with enoki mushrooms and stewed radish.
