A brand under Soup Restaurant, Teahouse by Soup Restaurant seeks to offer the best of Soup Restaurant's classic dishes as well as a medley of handmade Nanyang dim sum selections. Here you can enjoy the finer things in life, such as sipping hot tea while tucking into piping hot dim sum dishes, just like how the folks of Chinatown used to indulge. 

Must-try dishes include the Signature Samsui Ginger Bao (S$6.50), which is a riff on Soup Restaurant’s most beloved dish, Samsui Ginger Chicken. The Samui Ginger Bao is made from scratch using only fresh chicken paired with Soup Restaurant’s Signature Samsui Ginger Sauce. Relish the fluffiness of the bao and the tenderness and juiciness of the meat! 

Other delights include the Ha Kao (S$6.50), which sees marinated jumbo prawns wrapped in handmade translucent skin. A perennial favorite, the soft Char Siew Bao (S$5.90) is filled with sweet and savory wok-grilled char siew. Making the perfect end to any meal, the light and refreshing Double-boiled Snow Fungus with Ginkgo (S$6.90) features snow fungus, red dates, and ginkgo that are double-boiled for 2 hours. It is an all-time favorite palette cleanser, that is nourishing and good for the complexion as well.
