REVIEW: Good hawker food in Singapore: Trying the No.1 Adam's Nasi Lemak at Adam Road Food Centre

When you're at Adam Road Food Centre, you gotta eat Adam's Nasi Lemak and they're the No.1 there. 🤣


This was one of the more popular stalls with long queues to get them. Possibly due to their assembling time as ingredients are already cooked. The rice is the star here. They used basmati rice and it is fluffy and every grain is separated. I also could taste the fragrance of the coconut milk used. The chicken wing was also crispy and flavorful. Would have loved spicier chili sauce though.
