The Year of the Tiger is upon us and JUMBO Group of Restaurants, namely JUMBO Seafood 珍宝海鲜 and Zui Teochew Cuisine 醉潮膳, is ready to welcome fierce auspiciousness and fearless prosperity with its annual offerings of pen cai, yu sheng, and festive set menus. JUMBO Seafood

Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng (M: $68, L: $88)

JUMBO Seafood’s Festive Pen Cai ($288 for 6 pax, $368 for 8pax)

JUMBO Seafood brings back the crowd-favorite Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng (M: $68, L: $88)  of succulent salmon fish atop a salad of seventeen types of auspicious vegetables and ingredients. Adding to the festivities is JUMBO Seafood’s Festive Pen Cai ($288 for 6 pax, $368 for 8pax), a pot of goodness spilling over with prized ingredients such as 10-head abalone, fish maw, conpoy, scallop, live prawns, shiitake mushrooms, pig’s tendon, roasted duck, steamed chicken, enoki mushrooms, Tianjin cabbage, beancurd stick, and ‘fatt’ choy slow-cooked to toothsome flavor.


 Reunion Sets – available for one day only on the eve of Chinese New Year (31 January 2022)

Reunion Set Menus include Chinese New Year staples such as the Prosperity Salmon ‘Yu Sheng’, Seafood Soup Braised with Fish Maw and Conpoy, Live ‘Long Hu’ Garoupa, 5-Head Abalone and Sea Cucumber Braised with Spinach and ‘Fatt Choy’, and Stewed ‘Ee Fu’ Noodles with Seafood and Shrimp Roe. Prices start from $328 for 4 pax.

Celebration Sets – available from 17 January till 15 February 2022 catering to 4, 6, 8pax

Celebration sets put together signature seafood dishes and crowd favorites such as its Deshelled Prawns with Sesame Dressing and Almond Flakes, 10-Head Abalone Braised with Shiitake Mushrooms and Chinese Chives in Abalone Sauce, Live 'Soon Hock' (Marble Goby) Steamed with Soy Sauce, and Supreme Seafood Fried Rice with X.O. Sauce and Fish Roe XO. Prices start from $288 for 4 pax. 8pax sets for takeaway only.

Zui Teochew Cuisine

For a Teochew take on the festivities, Zui Teochew Cuisine brings Teochew Prosperity Yu Sheng (M: $68, L: $88) to the table that differs with more bite and punches in terms of flavor. Instead of the typical radish and carrot-based salad, Teochew yu sheng is made of red carrots and preserved radish for a pop of color, coriander, and chili slices for a kick of spice and red local lettuce, dang oh, and celery root. There’s also a Teochew Festive ‘Pen Cai’ ($288 for 6 pax, $368 for 8 pax) for a truly Teochew celebration, that comes with luxurious ingredients such as abalone, sea cucumber, dried oyster, dried scallop, braised pork belly, and pig tendon.

Highlights for these special menus include the Teochew Classic Platter comprising home-made Deep Fried 'Ngoh Hiang', Deep Fried Liver Roll, Crispy Fried Beancurd Rolls Stuffed with Prawns, and Pig Trotter Terrine, Braised Superior Shark’s Fin Soup Teochew Style, Teochew Steamed Pomfret, Teochew Roasted Suckling Pig Marinated with Five Spices, and Fried Rice with Marinated Pork Belly and Mushrooms Steamed in Lotus Leaf.
