In March, savor the freshest and most premium oyster selections in town at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung. Each order of a platter of premium oysters comes with six (6) delectable pieces for a feast worth sharing. Diners will get to enjoy a wide selection of premium oyster varieties to choose from including Canadian Oyster S$32++; Dutch Imperial Oyster S$38++; Australian Tasmanian Oyster S$42++ and French Gilladeau Oyster S$70++. For the best deal, and Assorted Platter option is also available with 8pcs of oysters – a combination of 2 pieces for each variety at S$61++. A baked option is also available for an additional supplement of S$8++ per platter with a variety of sauces including Ketchup Shallot Vinaigrette, Southern Thai Assam Vinaigrette, and Yuzu Ponzu.

In celebration of International Women’s Day and as an homage to all amazing women around the world, a one-night-only, “Bacardi Ladies Night” featuring an all-female bartenders evening will be hosted at The Bar at 15 Stamford. Four talented mixologists - Shewei Lee (former Atlas Bar); Ronalie Carranza (Barbary Coast); Neeza Treechanasin (Eclipse) and Alexa (Set of Six) will showcase their artistry. Each lady bartender will be crafting two distinct Bacardi cocktails for all to enjoy.

Kick off the weekend with your friends, BFFs, and buddies in style and over an absolute feast and an outstanding selection of handcrafted cocktail concoctions curated by the hotel’s creative team of mixologists and bartenders. 


AN OPULENT FEAST AWAITS

Fans of a laid-back and boozy liquid brunch will enjoy a generous and tummy filling serving of a feast on a platter served a la Filipino Boodle Fight style. This Instagram-worthy culinary creation features a generous serving of chargrilled delights including Fried Soft-Shell Crab, Norwegian Salmon Trout, Grilled Tiger King Prawn, Pork Prime Rib Char Siew, Pasteur-fed Angus Beef Ribeye and Jin Long Yu Premium Fried Rice. Each platter is complemented with a side of Grilled Garlic Haricot Vert and Charred Lemon Crown as well as Spicy Assam Vinaigrette, Adobo Butter, and Angelica Barbecue Sauce. A refreshing serving of Mango Sago dessert completes the dining experience.

The Bar at 15 Stamford’s Boozy Liquid Brunch lives up to its name with an enticing ensemble of drinks for guests to enjoy comprising Garden of Goose (Grey Goose Vodka, Green Guava Juice, Citrus, Sugar); Bombay Milk Punch (Bombay Sapphire Gin, Carrot Juice, Coconut Water, Citrus, Sugar); Jungle Bird (Bacardi Cuatro 4yr, Pineapple Juice, Citrus, Bitter Liquor, Sugar) Papi’s Punch (Bacardi Ocho 8yr, White Wine, Citrus, Sugar); Over A Century (Bacardi Ocho 8yr, Quinine Syrup, Walnut Bitters); El Cuatro Presidente (Bacardi Quatro 4yr, Oloroso Sherry, Red Wine Syrup, Orange Bitters) and Sparkling Wine (Piccini ‘Venetian Dress” Prosecco extra Dry DOC). LA SCALA RISTORANTE’S FESTA DELLA CARBONARA

Available from 1 March to 30 April 2022

Give in to your Carbonara Cravings at La Scala Ristorante and savor the rich flavors of this iconic pasta dish which is believed to have originated from Rome, Italy. Three delectable creations are available for all carbonara connoisseurs to enjoy featuring Tortellini Ricotta & Spinach (Pancetta, Cream, Egg, Pecorino, Parmesan, Black Pepper at S$30++); Tagliatelle Truffle Carbonara (Aged Pork Cheek, Black Truffle, Egg, Pecorino, Parmesan, Black Pepper at S$32++) and Mezzi Rigatoni Spicy Carbonara (Aged Pork Cheek, Spicy Sundried Tomato Sauce, Egg, Pecorino, Parmesan, Black Pepper at S$30++). To perfectly complement the carbonara of choice, La Scala is also offering Val D’Oca Prosecco Extra Dry le for S$68++ per bottle (S$14++ per glass). Val D’Oca is considered the oldest and largest producer of Prosecco in Italy.


WILD GARLIC AND GERMAN BEER MAP AT FRIEDA GERMAN RESTAURANT

Germans love their wild garlic and we love them too. From 1 March, Chef Richard Frick will bring back his popular garlic-infused dishes to provide diners an authentic Bavarian culinary experience. The collection includes Sourdough Bread with Homemade Wild Garlic Spread and Gouda cheese (S$6++); Wild Garlic Soup with Crème Fraiche and Croutons (S$14++); Grilled Veal Sausage with Wild Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Saurkraut and Veal Sauce S$26++); Homemade Bavarian Pasta with Wild Garlic Pesto, Smoked Salmon, Sundried Tomatoes, Gouda Cheese and Pine Nuts (S$24++) and Tarte Flambe with Black Forest Ham, Wild Garlic Crème Fraiche and Olives (S$14++). 

In addition, Frieda will also bring beer lovers its collection of authentic German beers which will include – Schnider Hell; Schofferhofer Weizen; Schofferhofer Grapefruit; Schneider Weisse Tap 2 Kristall; Radeberger, Vetlins, and more.

In celebration of International Women’s Day, Frieda will also be offering for one day only, a 2 + 1 cocktail special on Tuesday, 8 March 2022 for all lady diners.
