REVIEW: Good Cafe food in Singapore: Carrara Cafe at Toa Payoh - Artisanal Gelato & Ice cream cafe

I had no idea Carrara Cafe had a location in Toa Payoh, much alone one that is so instagrammable! They are an Artisanal Gelato & Ice cream cafe. Since it was a long weekend, I finally made time to go visit.

The café is mostly white and grey in color, with a combination of marble tabletops. Very classic and elegant. They even had swings, although because of space limits, they couldn't swing very far. You should sit on their swinging seats. hahaha

Ordered the 

Premium Breakfast Truffle Pasta

The breakfast element in this has to be the huge sausage, turkey bacon, and poached egg. Plus points for the runny egg! The sausage has a crispy exterior that I like and the turkey bacon was crispy and not salty. The truffle was pretty prominent in this as well. It is also creamy but not overpowering! 

Turkey Bacon Egg Benedict waffle

The waffle here was pretty doughy and had a crispy exterior. Though I wish this was more fragrant. The egg again was done right but can have a bit more hollandaise sauce. 

We also had the Rootbeer Float and Mango Peach Shaken Tea.
