REVIEW: Good Nasi Lemak in Singapore: Sixth Avenue Nasi Lemak - Opens at 6am for Breakfast!

Sixth Avenue Nasi Lemak opens at 6 am at Sixth Avenue. I went there for breakfast early in the morning and the coffee shop was crowded! There's a Tea Party Cafe and JW Korean Food Story for halal Korean food.

Address: 12 Sixth Ave, Singapore 276475

Opening Hours: 6 am - 12 pm

Closed on Wednesday

I ordered the chicken wing set with bergedil. There are a total of 3 different sets to choose from, each with a different combination of side dishes with costs ranging from $4.60 to $5.60. For a breakfast item, it's a tad costly. They also sell the otah and kuning sets. They also sell beehoon, mee goreng, mee siam, and longtong in addition to nasi lemak.

My meal consists of basmati rice, fried egg, ikan bilis, chicken wing, cucumber, and sambal chili. The interesting thing about this well-known dish is that Basmati rice was used instead of the regular white rice. The fluffy basmati rice had a coconut fragrance, and the chicken wings were well-marinated and crispy. They even sprinkle the crumbs on top. The Sambal chili was a little sweeter. The Bergedil was shaped like a ball, it wasn't the soft mashed kind but instead had chunks of potato inside which was pretty interesting.
