REVIEW: Good Fishball noodle hawker stall in Singapore: Hui Ming Fishball Mushroom Noodle @ Toa Payoh

Hui Ming Fishball Mushroom Noodle is a hidden gem Fishball Stall located at Blk 8 Lor 7 Toa Payoh. They are quite popular in the neighborhood, with long lines every day, yet they are not on the radar of any other bloggers! Certain foods and flavors take me straight back to the best childhood moments, and this is it! I have been eating this BCM from Blk 8 Lor 7 Toa Payoh since young. The taste and quality remain the same.

Address: Blk 8 Lor 7 Toa Payoh, Singapore 310008

Opening Hours: 6am - 2pm, Closed on Monday and Friday

The folks who live nearby have undoubtedly been fans of this humble stall. Savory bowls of noodles are accompanied by a delectable combination of braised mushroom sauce, black soy sauce, and pork lard, all of which coat the springy noodles, minced meat, fish cakes, and fish balls. You may also add chili to the mix for a spicy kick!

There are a variety of noodles to pick from here, as there are at most fish ball noodles stalls. My favorite combination is kway teow noodles, but they also provide mee pok, mee kia, mee tai mak, and bee hoon. The noodles here were done just right! Nice springy texture and no alkaline taste too.
