REVIEW: Good Nasi Lemak in Singapore: Mizzy Corner Nasi Lemak at Changi Village Hawker Centre

Since there are several well-known nasi lemak stalls in Changi village, including Changi Famous Nasi Lemak, International Nasi Lemak, and Mizzy Corner, I believe that many people associate Changi village with nasi lemak. One of the more well-known nasi lemak stalls in Singapore is Mizzy Corner Nasi Lemak, however, it is difficult to get there because it is in Changi Village.

Address: Changi Village Hawker Centre, 2 Changi Village Rd, #01-26, Singapore 500002

Opening Hours: 8.30am - 10pm

Mizzy corner is a longstanding nasi lemak hawker stall in Singapore established in 1997.

They use basmati rice. Not many nasi lemak stalls use basmati in Singapore, some of the stalls are Sixth Avenue Nasi LemakNo.1 Adam's Nasi Lemak, and Funtastic Nasi Lemak. Due to the light and fluffy texture of basmati rice, the dish won't feel as heavy as it would with regular white rice. The rice was fragrant but quite clumpy; I'm not sure if the standard has fallen.

The chicken wings were excellent! Juicy and tender meat. It was covered in a thin layer of batter and fried until golden brown. Additionally, their sambal chili was a great complement. Neither overly spicy nor sweet.

I purchased the wing set that also includes an egg. The price is $4.
