Squeeze the day with Ah Mah Homemade Cake’s new Lemon Collection that brightens even the gloomiest weather. Playing on the tart, sour note of lemons, the collection showcases Ah Mah’s signature creations with its unmistakable zesty profile – Lemon Castella Cake, Lemon Cotton Cheesecake, and Lemon Butter Cake. Light and fresh or warm and comforting, they are always a welcome treat! Lemons are also bursting with Vitamin C which gives the body’s immune system a well-needed boost to get through a long day.

Lemon Castella Cake ($12.30, 550g)

A classic treat elevated with the wonderfully tangy notes of lemon juice and freshly grated lemon zest. Enjoy the delicate sweetness of Ah Mah’s light and fluffy castella with a refreshing uplift that makes this treat even more addictive!  

Lemon Cotton Cheesecake ($12.30, 350g)

Expect a wonderful freshness and zing to each bite alongside the delightfully smooth cream cheese profile in the Lemon Cotton Cheesecake. The rich cream cheese base with a hint of lemon gives this Cotton Cheesecake its signature soft and fluffy mouthfeel. Lovingly crafted with less sugar, Ah Mah lets you have your cake and eat it too – with less guilt to boot!
