The Boutique Connoisseur is a gloved concierge service displaying sweet and savory canapes in an elegant glass showcase. Servers will skillfully and elegantly serve up small bites complete with the full gloved service should you require, for exclusivity beyond compare. Wow guests with canape options including Norwegian King Salmon with Calamansi and Spiced Seaweed, Slow-Cooked Angus Beef with Truffle and Pistachio as well as Hokkaido Scallops with Black Garlic for savories. For sweets, options include Salted Caramel Chocolate Truffle, Mango Pistachio Tartlet, and vegan Lavender Soy Pudding, just to name a few.

The Live Stations serve up action you can taste. The 65 Degrees Egg Station brings innovative sous vide solutions for eggs, prepared at a delicate 65 degrees and cooked to runny perfection, served with either melt-in-your-mouth Angus Beef Cheek or Deconstructed Curry Puff, a modern take on a traditional favorite.

For flaky bites of indulgence, the Croffle Station presents the trendy croissant-waffle hybrid croffles that are made fresh on the spot in a medley of flavors. Take your pick of savory or sweet flavors such as Forest Noire, Truffle Egg Salad, Pistachio, and Raspberry, or Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese.


CaterCo Concepts’ Christmas Menu

The main show comes with a full Buffet Line, offering a wide range of delectable feasts for any occasion. For the Holiday season, dig into delights such as Honey Baked Chicken Ham - a holiday must-have, Chicken Stroganoff Shepherd’s Pie – a rich and heartwarming dish to comfort, Creamy Tuscan Roasted Dory Fish bathed in a luscious cream sauce and Sauteed Prawns with White Clam Sauce which showcases succulent prawns at their best, at the same time sweet, briny and full of umami. An Italian holiday family tradition comes in the form of Diavolo Mussels, where the plump shellfish is served in a rich marinara sauce. All these are served with sides of beautifully caramelized Festive Roasted Vegetables and the summery savory-sweet Greek Watermelon Feta Salad. The lineup can be switched up to reflect the theme of your choice, depending on exactly what you need. 

Washing it all down is the Mocktail Station, delivering a variety of beverages and offering creative solutions for your hosting needs. The drinks are reflective of CaterCo’s ethos, to never be conventional and to always surprise and impress, with special fusion concoctions such as Espresso Mojito, which has rich caramelized aromas from coffee and brown sugar, accentuated with citrusy notes and a sprig of mint; Ondeh Way, a yuan yang concoction of local ingredients native to Southeast Asia, with notes of roasted cereal and earthy coconut taking centrestage; and Apple Pie Spiced Infused Water, a refreshing thirst quencher, lightly fragranced with hints of apple, cinnamon, and rosemary, that are sure to get your guests talking.

CaterCo Concepts’ Holiday Menu

This holiday, CaterCo Concepts has cooked up a splendid seasonal Christmas menu ready for the most joyful pickings. 

The Christmas Buffet Menu will feed a minimum of 30 guests ($35.88+ per pax) with the most festive flavors like Sauteed Prawns sweetened further with white clam sauce and Baked Dory texturized with a herb crust and tangy tomato coulis. The Chicken Stroganoff Shepherd’s Pie is the quintessential holiday favorite with juicy chicken chunks baked under a blanket of fluffy whipped potato while the Seafood Aglio Olio tosses perfectly al dente pasta with indulgent mixed seafood. 

To headline the show, the Festive Centrepieces will get your guests snapping away, especially the Cheese & Charcuterie Box that curates a medley of cheeses like cheddar and Emmental with smoked salmon, nuts, dried fruit, fig jam, and lavash sticks for nibbling. There are also three types of Wellingtons to spoil your guests, made from Beef, Salmon, or Spinach and mushrooms as you prefer. 

For seafood lovers, the Cold Seafood Platter is the perfect way to whet the appetite with treasures of the sea, presenting a spread of chilled prawns, scallops, black mussels, crayfish, and snapper ceviche, served with a side dipping sauce of Thai green chili and cocktail sauce. 

Greens are accounted for with the Festive Feast Garden where vegetables are deliciously done up like the Moroccan-style Roasted Whole Cauliflower that is oven-roasted with a house-made pesto sauce. Completing your Christmas feast are also vegetable dishes like Garlic Parmesan Roasted French Beans of crunchy French beans done to perfection with baby radish and crispy buckwheat under a generous coat of garlic parmesan. 

The sweetest end comes with the Sweet Tooth that brings treats of the season. The Chocolate Banana Bread & Butter Pudding is an indulgent spin on a classic pudding using the popular combination of chocolate and banana while the Pandan Grandeur Log Cake laces the Christmas classic with a local element of fragrant pandan sponge and gula melaka mousse.
