Well-loved for their mixian or gluten-free rice noodles, the brand has expanded rapidly across the island with 10 outlets, including an express store, in just two years! Diners can enjoy over 700,000 possible combinations with 6 soup bases and 10 spiciness levels to choose from. Each bowl of SamGor Zha Jiang Mixian includes tender roasted chicken chunks, tangy Pickled Cabbage, beansprouts, aromatic fried scallions, and Chinese celery.
