Bao Gong XO Fish Head Bee Hoon is located in the West Coast area at Clementi West St 2. Its signature dishes include XO Fish Head Beehoon, "San Lao" Hor Fun, and Butter Ball Prawn. Fong Seng Nasi Lemak which is a great supper spot is nearby as well.

As a XO fish bee hoon lover, I would say this bowl of fish soup was above average. The flavor of the XO doesn't overshadow the soup, and I could detect its aroma.
Their fish was similarly pretty thick and appeared to have previously been fried, but it had a good texture and wasn't overcooked. The milky broth is entirely created from fish stock and bones and does not contain any milk. This was really tasty and rich.
