Immerse yourself in a bustling European-themed Capitol • Kempinski Christmas Market at Capitol Singapore’s Outdoor Plaza where you can shop for gifts and treats for friends, family, and yourself, from over 50 different merchants over the period. Check out the Christmas trees, unique handicrafts and accessories, beauty and home & living products, and festive delicacies such as wines, artisan European country loaves, and Christmas tarts, cookies, and hampers.
Central to it all will be the Capitol • Kempinski Singing Tree populated and brought to life by Christmas carollers from Voices of Singapore and children carollers from Emerge Arts & Media Academy. In between shows, catch the magical snowfall perfect for Insta-worthy moments to remember this Christmas by, as well as mid-week and weekend live performances by local bands and string quartets. Catch popular bands like Long Jam Band, The Mad Trio, Too Much Drama, and The Cold Cut Duo performing your favorite hits and Christmas classics at the Outdoor Plaza. In this season of gifting, you can also dedicate a song to your loved ones.
In the mall, Capitol Singapore is putting the hunt on for the jolly big man himself with a Find Secret Santa hunt, where successful spottings of St Nicholas at Capitol Singapore or CHIJMES will win the shoppers a mall voucher. You can also spend $30 at Capitol Singapore and/or CHIJMES to receive a mall voucher. CHIJMES is pulling all the stops for Christmas with its now iconic projection mapping of Christmas sceneries, perfect for taking that annual Christmas family photo. There will also be snowfall to complete the picture and Christmas carollers setting the mood at The Lawn. Playing live string acoustics will be Spirit of Strings by the Global Strings Federation of over 100 string performers of all ages, setting the stage for a flash mob around The Lawn ensuring a beautiful Christmas atmosphere for all.
