The Chilli Crab Flower Dome ($16), a flower-shaped kueh pie tee filled with crabmeat and JUMBO's chili crab sauce topped with caviar. 

The Pork Lard Crunch! ($7) is a sinfully addictive plate that truly doesn’t hold back on crunch with crispy pork lard mixed with fried ikan bilis tossed with curry leaves, dried chili, and fried garlic. 

The perfect pairing with beer is Salted Egg Prawn Chin ($6.90). This delightful snack is made of real prawn chins fried to a perfect crisp and generously coated with JUMBO's signature golden salted egg yolk.

Master Hawker’s Sambal Stingray


The Master Hawker’s Sambal Stingray ($28) and Sambal Sotong ($28) are chargrilled to smoky perfection with fragrant sambal sauce. 

The Chilli Crab Shooter ($6.90) is a creative way to enjoy our National dish And is fuss-free too. Just dip the toasted bread stick into the chili crab meat sauce topped with caviar in a shooter glass.  

The Zesty Thai Prawn Salad ($20) is a refreshing dish. It combines Japanese cucumber, a medley of citrus, and housemade fish sauce caramel dressing and is served with papadam.

The Wasabi Prawn Bombs ($24) is an all-time favorite dish. Fried prawn dipped in a savory, spicy wasabi mayonnaise with Tobiko and grapes that add a touch of sweetness and saltiness to the dish.

The Firecracker Mala Karaage ($16) is another favorite dish not to be missed. Crispy, delicious chicken pieces are stir-fried with a generous amount of dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns. 

The Ooo Mami! Loaded Fries ($12) are generously topped with fragrant Chye Poh crisps, black vinegar, and mayonnaise.

Sui Yi’s Sah Poh Fan


The Wok-Braised Pig Trotter Bee Hoon ($24) is a homey dish well-loved by many customers. The bee hoon is moist, silky, and flavorful. 

The Sui Yi's Sah Poh Fan ($22) is a traditional charcoal-fired claypot rice served with fragrant Chinese sausage and duck liver sausage and drizzled with chef-special sauce. 

The Supreme Crab Fried Rice ($28) is a hearty dish with chunks of crabmeat and pork lard topped with a generous portion of Tobiko. 

For dessert lovers, Sui Yi's Food Playlist also features Sweet Notes to delight you. The must-try desserts include A Sticky Date, Huat Ah! ($12), a Chinese steamed cake served with peanut butter crunch ice cream, and My Kopi Do Jiggle Jiggle ($12), made with Kopi Gao-infused jelly and Gula Melaka. It is served with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. These sinful treats are worth the calories!

A Rose For The Youth ($20) - Inspired by Jolin Tsai's Womxnly, this drink is about self-love, empowerment, and appreciating our unique beauty despite our flaws.

My Lucky Charm ($19) - With each sip of this drink, be embraced with nostalgia and a well-rounded sweetness akin to your sweet memories of your first love or even the first time you listened to Hebe Tian's Little Happiness.

Heartbreak's Remedy ($22) - This drink is created to evoke good emotions and forget the bad ones with this spirit-froward rendition of an Old Fashioned with a zesty twist.

Golden Empress ($18) - A majestic, golden tipple befitting only for Queens. A tropical-forward drink that will leave you in awe and allured, akin to the enchantment described within Jim Hsiao's rock ballad Express. 

Happy Hour starts at 5pm and till 8pm daily, with beers, housepour spirits, wine, umeshu, and sake starting from $6.00. 


Private Karaoke Dining Rooms



Sui Yi Gasbrobar offers 6 private Karaoke rooms for a group of friends, colleagues, and families looking to sing to their heart's content while enjoying a good hearty meal. The smaller rooms can seat up to 8 pax, while the bigger rooms can accommodate up to 16 pax. Connecting rooms can hold an even larger group. 

Each room is soundproofed, built with a state-of-the-art karaoke system, and offers a wide selection of songs. 

Sui Yi offers 3 attractive dining packages for its private karaoke dining rooms, at $328++, $528++, and $1,028 ++ each. All packages come with 7 sharing appetizers and 2 mains. Prices vary with each dining package due to different offerings of alcohol.
