Ring in the Year of the Rabbit with YUN NANS! The restaurant will be unveiling six Chinese New Year set menus featuring lip-smacking and specially curated dishes. Bond over the good food and look forward to a prosperous year together with your loved ones and friends! The menus will be available from 9 January to 5 February 2023.
Dishes available only during the Chinese New Year period will be making a comeback. They include Prosperity Treasure Hot Pot 火焰聚宝盆菜, whose golden broth base is stewed for six hours. The ingredients are a medley of Jinhua ham, old hen, chicken feet, pork bones, lean pork, pork trotters, dried scallops, and carrots. The hotpot is then arrayed with exquisite and auspicious ingredients including roast pork belly, bamboo pith, sea cucumber, abalone, scallops, prawns, mushrooms, fish maw, cordyceps flowers, yam, and Chinese cabbage.
Another popular dish is the "Bi Feng Tang" Style Pork Ribs with Truffles松露避风塘焗大排. Prepared Cantonese style, the pork ribs are marinated with Yunnan's special preserved chilies, giving it a spicy touch. They are accompanied by Yunnan solo clove garlic and slices of black truffle from Yunnan.
New surprises will also up the indulgence. The Crispy Roast Chicken 脆皮烤鸡 calls for the use of 1.2kg young chicken, whose meat is tender. It is marinated with five-spice powder, air-dried then roasted until the skin turns thin and crispy. It is also served with an in-house chili sauce made with seven types of Yunnan's chilies, as well as a salt and pepper dry dip for those who cannot take spicy food.
There is also the Sauteed Tiger Prawns with Superior Soy Sauce 豉油王老虎虾. The soy sauce is made with a blend of premium soy and nine types of specially curated ingredients including spices and aromatics. The giant prawns are flash-fried until the shell is crisp and then stir-fried in the fragrant soy sauce mix.

The dishes will appear in different set menus. The set menus for dine-in range from 4 pax (from $338++) to 8 pax ($828++) and all come with Freshly Baked Rose Pastry, a traditional Yunnan dessert. Each set will also come with the new Prosperity Abalone Yu Sheng 鸿福鲍鱼捞生. White shredded carrot will be arrayed to form an adorable rabbit, and it is accompanied by plump whole abalones.
