The vibrant orange hue of the Kumquat Honey Lemon makes it a fitting dessert for the season. Covered deftly with a kumquat glaze, the kumquat mandarin orange mousse itself envelops a honey lemon curd. The tanginess of the mousse and curd is tempered by the playful saltiness of the caramel cremeux and the earthiness of the hazelnut crunch. 

The Sweet Potato Smoked Cheesecake’s regal purple swirled frostings, flecked with edible gold for good measure, make a bold statement. Made of sweet potato puree, the frostings crown a lovely and fragrant layer of coconut cream. For the Grapefruit Black Tea, the grapefruit mousse is covered in an eye-catching crimson red courtesy of chocolate spray. The tangy cream cheese vanilla cream plays foil to a unique black tea namelaka ganache, which grounds the overall flavor profile with an earthiness.
