REVIEW: Good Shanghainese Sheng Jian Bao restaurant in Singapore: Ding Tele 鼎特乐

Went to Ding Tele 鼎特乐 for lunch a while back. They're located at Cheong Chin Nam Rd at Beauty World which has a lot of yummy food there. They specialize in Shanghainese cuisine and their Sheng Jian Bao is a must order!!

Signature Pan-Fried Crispy Pork Soup Buns 4pcs 招牌生煎

TBH, the skin has slightly thicker skin. The bottom was crispy and golden brown, and the top was mushy because it was pan-fried. But the pork fillings and soup are substantial and delicious!

I had anticipated that the restaurant would serve good XLB as well, but the very thick skin left me somewhat disappointed. 🥺

This siew mai was quite tasty! The fillings made for an earthy bite.

Noodles with Soy & Scallion Oil 特色葱油开洋拌面

Out of all the meals we ordered, this was my personal favorite. The noodle has a springy, bouncy texture, and the flavorful soy sauce and aromatic scallion give them a tantalizing flavor and scent.
