Hop into the Lunar New Year with Soup Restaurant as they unveil new auspicious dishes for a prosperous year ahead! Savour the bountiful spread with Soup Restaurant’s array of dine-in, delivery, and takeaway feast sets. Each set showcases both traditional favorites and sumptuous new dishes that are good for 2 to 10 pax. The adorable Handmade Bounty Twin Bunnies with Mini Longevity Buns are also not to be missed, these bunnies are included as part of the Prosperity Set Menu and in the Handmade Bounty Twin Bunnies Tower (complimentary for self-collection orders of the Reunion Take Away Set). • Baby Abalone & Salmon Yu Sheng with Citrus Sauce (Available from 6 January 2023 onwards)

Toss to an abundant year ahead with the quintessential yusheng studded with baby abalone and salmon sashimi drizzled with Soup Restaurant’s very own citrus sauce made in-house from sweet and refreshing mandarin oranges and plums.

• [New!] Abalone Collagen Treasure Pot with Cordyceps Flower 

Soup Restaurant’s innovative pen cai takes center stage this season. Immersed in the mouth-watering, savory-sweet collagen broth lightly infused with cordyceps flowers are ten layers of premium ingredients such as 10-head abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, prawns, roasted pork, lotus root, cabbage, fish curd, broccoli, and braised thick mushrooms. These luxurious ingredients are braised for more than 2 hours in the collagen-rich broth before adding the Cordyceps Flowers, resulting in a hint of light sweetness to balance the rich savory collagen seafood broth. A flavor specially curated for this Lunar New Year.

• [New!] Double Boiled Golden Chanterelle Mushroom Soup & Dried Scallop in Chicken Soup

An exceptionally nutritious soup double boiled for over 4 hours to extract the nourishing goodness from specially sourced mushrooms. Power-packed with anti-oxidants and boosts immunity. The woody flavors of the prized Golden Chanterelle Mushrooms compliment the sweet umami from the premium dried scallop and chicken.

An Asian staple enjoyed across households, relish the warm, light, and fluffy Jasmine rice steamed with both purple and golden sweet potatoes which adds a natural sweetness, while slices of premium Chinese sausage imbue each spoonful with a delectable smoky fragrance. Topped with pine nuts for crunch this hearty and nutritious dish is a must-try!

A citrusy dash of yuzu symbolizes good luck, prosperity, and longevity, especially during the Lunar New Year as you indulge in the soft and tender Yuzu Pork Chop infused with its fruity, uplifting profile.

A Chinese favorite, the crystal-like translucence of the wobbly jelly studded with fresh lemon is the perfect treat to round up the festive feasting on a light and sweet note after a hearty meal. The Osmanthus jelly is lightly scented with the soothing taste of rock sugar and delightful floral notes.
