Checking Thai beef noodles in Bangkok. Ros Dee Ded by Nop was seen on Xiaxue's IG page, so we decided to check it out when we are in Bangkok. Coincidently we happened to see her friend Shiberty there. hahaha

Ros Dee Ded is a restaurant that specializes in beef noodles soup. They are a longstanding shop with over 50 years of history. I ordered the beef noodles with Beef tendon, braised beef, and silver shank. Chose flat large rice noodles to go with it.
The broth was delicious and aromatic with such a strong robust flavor. Not sure what they put inside but from the cloudy outlook it is definitely a result of simmering beef bones for a long time. Such a hearty and comforting meal to have! My beef was alright, though not the most tender I have yet. I should have ordered the wagyu one. 😔
