REVIEW: Good Instagrammable Toast specialty café in Tokyo, Japan: February Café

In addition to coffee, February Cafe offers a range of food and beverage items, including baked goods, sandwiches, and tea. I ordered the butter toast with orange juice and also their Burnt caramel pudding. 

The toast has a crisp crust with the interior having a crisp toasted texture. They used calpis butter for this. Calpis Butter is a product that combines the tangy, sweet, and sour taste of Calpis, a popular Japanese drink, with the rich and creamy flavor of butter. 

The pudding had a nice texture and was made using Japanese eggs that were slowly steamed for an extended period of time. Their pudding is garnished with whipped cream and a single cherry to add extra richness and sweetness. I like that this is quite rich with a caramelized flavor that is not too sweet.

I feel that February Cafe is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and take a break from busy city life.
