Fried Mee Sua 炒面线
Fried Mee Sua is savory and slightly salty, with a good balance of flavors from the ingredients used in the dish. The noodles themselves are soft and tender, with a subtle chewiness that pairs well with the stir-fried ingredients. The combination of different vegetables creates a delicious and filling meal, with a variety of textures and flavors in every bite.

Hot Plate Beancurd (Spicy) 铁板豆腐 (辣)
When it comes to the taste of Hot Plate Beancurd (Spicy), the dish is characterized by its soft and creamy texture, with a slight chewiness from the beancurd. The spicy sauce adds a delicious and bold flavor, with a decent amount of heat that complements the natural flavor of the beancurd. The combination of soft beancurd and spicy sauce creates a satisfying and delicious dish that is perfect for those who enjoy spicy food. there could be more minced meat and mushrooms in the gravy. 😆

Claypot E-Mee 砂煲伊面
In terms of taste, Claypot E-Mee was quite bland. The noodles themselves are soft and slightly chewy, with a tender texture that pairs well with the stir-fried ingredients. The combination of different vegetables creates a delicious and filling meal, with a variety of textures and flavors in every bite.

Olive Fried Rice 橄榄炒饭
Not the usual olive fried rice, the Chinese version used the Chinese olive vegetable which was quite salty. Chinese olive fried rice is a unique and flavorful twist on traditional Chinese fried rice. The olives add a slightly salty and briny taste to the dish, complementing the savory flavors of the vegetables and rice. Rice portions are generous for their price. The rice is also not clumpy, though well-separated.

Sambal Petai Fried Rice 臭豆炒饭
Sambal Petai Fried Rice is a flavorful and spicy fried rice dish that incorporates the unique and pungent taste of Petai, also known as "stink beans". The dish is made by stir-frying cooked rice with sambal sauce, which is a chili-based sauce made from a blend of chili peppers, garlic, and shallots. The sambal sauce adds a spicy and savory flavor to the dish, while the Petai provides a slightly bitter taste and a crunchy texture.

Wonton soup 新善肉鲜虾云吞汤
the broth is clear and light but still packed with flavor from the ingredients used to make it. The wontons themselves are tender and juicy, with a savory mock prawn filling that complements the broth perfectly. Overall, the soup is a harmonious balance of flavors, with the broth serving as a flavorful base and the wontons adding depth and texture to the dish.
