I also checked out Il Cielo while I was having a staycation at Voco Orchard. Il Cielo is an Italian restaurant in Singapore that specializes in exquisite dining. The restaurant sits on the rooftop level 24 of the Voco Orchard, with stunning views of the city skyline.

I ordered their NEW Genovese and Patate al Tartufo.

The Genovese Housemade spinach angel hair is incredibly delicious! The spinach gives it a really nice, earthy flavor that's just perfect, and it's cooked to perfection - not too soft, not too chewy. And don't even get me started on the mashed burrata cheese - it's just heavenly! It's so creamy and rich, but not too strong. It just melts in your mouth and makes everything come together in this amazing, cheesy symphony.

🥔 Patate al Tartufo

Roasted baby potato, truffle & cheddar cheese foam, crispy bacon

Wow, the Patate al Tartufo is absolutely amazing! The baby potato is roasted to perfection, with a crispy outer layer that gives way to a soft and fluffy interior. And let's not forget about the truffle and cheddar cheese foam - it's like a fluffy cloud of cheese that blankets the potatoes, with a deliciously rich and earthy truffle flavor.

But wait, there's more! The crispy bacon on top adds a salty and savory crunch that takes the dish to a whole new level. It's the ultimate combination of different textures and flavors - crispy, soft, cheesy, and bacon-y all at the same time.
