Joo Chiat Kim Choo continues to make its rice dumplings from recipes passed down through generations, wrapping together harmonious blends of flavors in its rice dumplings of sweet and savory. It ensures consistency and quality by making its rice dumplings in an ISO 22000-certified facility, handcrafting every rice dumpling carefully using traditional culinary techniques to emit the unique charm of Joo Chiat Kim Choo.

New on the menu is a Teochew Rice Dumpling 潮州豆沙粽 made with braised pork belly, chestnut, mushrooms, dried shrimp, peanuts, and red bean paste. 

Introducing Joo Chiat Kim Choo's premium line, which features Emperor's Rice Dumpling 至尊皇粽皇 ($16.80). This dumpling is made with fragrant glutinous rice and filled with premium braised pork, dried scallops, Chinese lup cheong sausage, and salted egg yolk, resulting in an incomparable earthy flavor. Additionally, it includes gingko nuts, chestnuts, and shiitake mushrooms, adding a nutty texture to the dish.

Signature flavors that have made Joo Chiat Kim Choo a household name include the Nyonya Rice Dumpling 招牌娘惹粽 ($5) that packs braised pork belly and winter melon strips in glutinous rice, seasoned with Joo Chiat Kim Choo’s Secret Spice Blend. Get them in regular, large, and extra-large servings for groups of all sizes.

Indulge in the rich and flavourful Pulut Hitam Nyonya Rice Dumpling 黑金糯米娘惹粽 ($6.80), which features a dark and delicious twist on the classic recipe. Wrapped in black glutinous rice, this rice dumpling is filled with tender braised pork belly and winter melon strips and seasoned with Joo Chiat Kim Choo's Secret Spice Blend to create a truly unforgettable taste experience.

The Classic Kee Zhang 枧水粽 ($2) steams golden glutinous rice with fragrant bamboo leaves for little parcels that present an unforgettable chewiness when eaten with kaya.
