Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant Presents a Premium Selection of Handcrafted Rice Dumplings

Celebrate the time-honored tradition with a decadent selection of four exquisitely handcrafted rice dumpling creations from 22 May to 22 June 2023 at Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant. Available for dine-in and takeaway, the rice dumpling is presented in a classy red box made perfect for personal indulgence or gifting.


Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant introduces two new creations this year. The Kurobuta Belly with Cordyceps Flower and Sea Cucumber Rice Dumpling ($55 regular, $98 large) is a nourishing bundle featuring a medley of premium ingredients such as cordyceps flower, sea cucumber, marinated pork belly, morel mushroom, Chinese mushroom, salted egg yolk, mung bean, lotus seed, and chestnut enrobed in glutinous rice. 


A meat-free option, the Mala Wild Mushroom Rice Dumpling ($42) is a wholesome parcel packed with an assortment of mushrooms (monkey head, portobello, king oyster, white king oyster, fresh button, and Chinese mushrooms), fresh bamboo shoot, and chestnut. These ingredients are then stir-fried with mala sauce that is concocted with a slew of spices for a piquant aroma and spicy kick.



For the traditionalists, Li Bai offers its signature Traditional Rice Dumpling ($58) which is filled with customary ingredients such as pork belly, roast duck, Chinese mushroom, chestnut, salted egg, conpoy, and dried shrimp. 



The well-loved Abalone and Pumpkin Rice Dumpling ($58) is another premium classic that consists of whole abalone, pumpkin, Chinese mushroom, pork, salted egg, chestnut, conpoy, and mung bean.
