REVIEW: Good IG worthy Lemon Pie shop in Tokyo Japan: Yogashi Lemon Pie 洋菓子レモンパイ

The term “Yogashi” is used in Japanese to describe Western-style pastries and sweets, so it is likely that this dessert has its roots in Western cuisine. It is a type of dessert that is typically made with a sweet lemon filling that is placed inside a baked pie crust. The pie filling is made with lemon juice, sugar, and eggs, and is typically served with whipped cream on top. The pie is a popular dessert in many countries, including Japan, and is known for its sweet and tart flavor. The tart and tangy flavor of the lemon filling is balanced by the sweet and buttery crust, making for a delicious and refreshing dessert. Please note that they are take-away only, though they redirected me to another coffee shop to have my pie. Yogashi Lemon Pie 洋菓子レモンパイ is down a little back alley near Tawaramachi Station and the Asakusa post office - the map on the right-hand side is pretty accurate. Look for the cute building with the yellow roof! So ig-worthy!

River Stone - Ishikawa Coffee 石川コーヒー is a coffeeshop located near Tawaramachi Station 田原町駅. Yogashi Lemon Pie 洋菓子レモンパイ stopped eating in and instead told me that I could bring it to Ishikawa Coffee. They serve hand-drip coffee here. Coffee is full-bodied and has a nice aroma.
