Having trouble deciding, I opted for the safer choice of the NY Lox bagel at Manchester Press. This delightful creation features premium Tasmanian fresh smoked salmon, capers, red onion, dill, and a thin layer of cream cheese. The bagel was served open-faced with a generous stack of smoked salmon and a spread of cream cheese. Accompanied by a perfectly baked, fresh plain bagel boasting a crispy exterior and a satisfyingly chewy interior. The premium Tasmanian fresh smoked salmon boasts a rich and distinct smokiness, complemented by its natural buttery and slightly salty notes.
