What makes this place truly outstanding is its winning combination of succulent chicken, flavorful pork belly, and delectable salted fish incorporated into the rice. The succulent chicken and flavorful pork belly provide a meaty and savory element to the dish. The salted fish adds a delightful burst of umami, enhancing the overall taste profile. Simply drizzle some dark soy sauce, give it a good mix, and savor the delightful medley.
