I tried their Pork Porridge, which was adorned with generous portions of sliced pork, liver, and handmade minced meatballs, all seasoned to perfection with a dash of pepper and spring onions.

The consistency appeared somewhat watery, raising a mild concern about the porridge's texture. However, with the first spoonful, any apprehensions were swiftly dispelled. The porridge's texture was surprisingly smooth, gliding gently across the palate, and enveloping us in a warm embrace of flavors. The taste leaned towards a delightful savory-sweet combination—a truly comforting dish.

I also their Century Egg Porridge, which was generously filled with century eggs. Even after nearly finishing the bowl, there were still plenty of century egg pieces left. The century eggs, known for their distinctive flavor, contributed to a robust and flavorful porridge that delighted our taste buds. The contrasting textures of the century eggs against the smoothness of the porridge created an exciting interplay, keeping us captivated with every bite.
