For seafood enthusiasts, the Teochew Raw Marinated Seafood – Clams ($16), Prawns ($24) and Crab ($25) is a sublime experience, with seafood marinated for four hours in Chef Chen's special Teochew fish sauce, perfectly balanced with zesty lemon, garlic, chili, and the fresh vibrancy of coriander. 


The Teochew Seafood Claypot Congee ($48) combines prawns, crab, and dry scallops with a steaming claypot of fragrant, comforting porridge, with a symphony of flavors and textures that is both nourishing and deeply satisfying.

Chef Chen's Deep-Fried Prawn Paste Pork Ribs ($22) is a masterpiece of tender and flavourful pork ribs, marinated in prawn paste and fried to perfection. The dish offers a harmonious balance of flavors, making it a true comfort food classic that all Singaporeans will love.
