I frequently visit the Beauty World Food Centre, and on my recent lunch there, I stumbled upon a new Japanese stall that left me truly delighted. Osa Kaki Fuyong is a relatively new entrant in the thriving food scene at Beauty World Food Centre. The star of their menu is the eponymous Osa Kaki Fuyong – a dish that combines eggs and chicken, with various meat options available. What sets it apart is the meticulous preparation, where everything is cooked on a hotplate and then generously coated with a delightful teriyaki honey glaze.

One of the highlights of Osa Kaki Fuyong is its extensive menu, catering to a diverse range of preferences. During my most recent visit, I decided to embark on a culinary adventure and try two distinct variations of this delectable dish.

The first dish I tried was the Fried Oyster and Scallops Fuyong with Rice. The eggs in this dish were fluffy and delicious, though they had a firmer texture due to the gradual cooking process on the hotplate. However, the true showstopper in this dish was the oysters. Not only were they impressively large but also incredibly succulent. Every element of the dish was expertly fried to a beautiful golden brown, which elevated the overall dining experience to a whole new level.
